Control
The practice is a sole trader business
with assistance provided by sub-contracted architects, and professionals from other construction disciplines if and when required. As such, every job, big or small is overseen by John McElroy who has 35 years experience and is easily contactable throughout all stages of the project
Although based in Belfast, work is carried out throughout Northern Ireland.
An initial project discussion is offered free of charge. This is without obligation as we believe it is important to establish a good working relationship between Architect and client which needs to begin with a clear brief and clear understanding of the project by both parties.
Competitive Fees
Fees can be agreed at the outset or when the full scope of the work can be ascertained.
They are generally based approximately on previous RIBA scales but can be calculated on a time charge/hourly rate or mixture of both.
